In order to ensure that unbias perception is immensely mitigated and opportunities are presented equally within the Golden Rock Dive & Nature Resort, this policy has been introduced with the aim of enforcing the best protection for the rights of all employees whereby visible and non-visible principles cannot differentiate one’s commitment. Thus, adhering to A-DEEO Policy at the resort from both sides of the organizational spectrum (Employer and Employee perspective from diverse angles) and supported by the BES Law.
